Umme Hani is the founder of Transform with Umme Hani — a platform dedicated to grooming and shaping people's personalities through immersive, experience-driven learning. With over a decade of expertise, she brings a rare blend of hospitality excellence and human development mastery.

A 2014 graduate of Presidency College of Hotel Management, Umme began her career as a Management Trainee in Culinary at Accor Hotels India. Recognising her gift for communication and mentorship, she transitioned into Learning & Development — a field she has since made entirely her own.

She has headed the Learning & Development departments of two premium hotels, including a pre-opening property, and has delivered training across multiple prestigious Accor brands in Bangalore, Mysore, and Ahmedabad.

Today, her passion for public speaking and training has taken her beyond hospitality — across multiple sectors in India and globally — empowering individuals and teams to unlock their fullest potential.
