How do I create an account?

You need to create an account before taking a course. Click on Menu Icon (Three horizontal lines) present on the top left of the Store Screen. From the opened menu, click on Login/Register button. Click on Sign Up. Enter your Email Id & Password to register for an account.

How to use Access Codes?

You need to create an account on the app to use the access codes. After Successful login, click on the Menu Icon present on the top left of the Store Screen. From the opened menu, click on My Courses Button. On the opened screen, click on the Gift Icon present on the Top Right of the Screen. Enter your Access Code here. Respective Course will be added to your My Courses section.

How to take a Course?

After you have purchased the Course or used the access code of the course, the course would be added to your My Course Section. Click on the Course image to start the course.

I have issues with Login, what should I do?

You can click on Forgot Password link to reset your password from the login screen. We will send the new password to your registered email address. Try to login with the new password.

I am unable to access the Course, what should I do?

Please check whether you are using the same email, which was used for purchasing/using the access code. Check for the course in your My Course section. If the course is still not available, please drop an email to ummehani@transformwithummehani.com

What are the charges for the session or workshop?

How are the trainings conducted?

We conduct both online as well as offline sessions depending on the needs of the client. Trainings can be either one to one consultations or group sessions. You can book your training online or contact us to book an appointment.

Do you conduct brand and technical trainings?

We specialise in Soft Skills and Image Management. We have experienced trainer's who can deliver Operational Training Programs for the Hospitality industry. We can also conduct brand specific trainings for the employees with the training materials and manuals provided by the organisation. 

Can we get a copy of the training material?

Depending on the requirements of the organisation, e-handouts will be shared with all the participants post the training session.

Can the training module be owned by the organization?

Training modules belong to the trainer and will not be shared with the organization. You can buy a copy of the training material after the training is conducted by paying the applicable charges. You can contact us for further clarifications.

How can I pay for the session?

You can pay for the session online through UPI / Net Banking.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation has to be informed 48 hours prior to the event.

What is the refund polity?

We have a strict NO Refund Policy. However, training date can be rescheduled based on mutual consent of the trainer and organisation/ participant.

How many members in a group session?

Minimum 2 and maximum 25 participants are allowed in a group session.
